Surprise Guests!

The fifth graders delighted the first graders this afternoon with a surprise appearance. Our fifth grade buddies helped us to find non-fiction books. Although most first graders dug deeper into their new favorite topic, butterflies; there was a range of topics from space to the ever present animal investigation. After finding some resources, the first and fifth graders settled down together to explore their books together. Truly a moment of joy and learning for all.
